除了之前談過的美國公民的配偶與未滿21歲且未婚的小孩外(http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/my-lawllc/article?mid=3&prev=9&next=2&l=f&fid=9 )，依親方式取得綠卡還有以下幾類:
1．第一類別:
美國公民已滿21歲但還未婚的子女，台灣或中國大陸出生的目前的排期等待時間為六年多
2．第二類別:
2A: 綠卡的配偶與其未滿21歲且未婚的小孩，台灣或中國大陸出生的目前的排期等待時間為四年多
2B: 綠卡已滿21歲但還未婚的子女，台灣或中國大陸出生的目前的排期等待時間為八年多
3．第三類別:
美國公民已婚的子女，台灣或中國大陸出生的目前的排期等待時間為八至九年
4．第四類別:
滿21歲美國公民的兄弟姊妹，台灣或中國大陸出生的目前的排期等待時間為十至十一年

我的老公是有綠卡的, 但在他拿到綠卡前 , 我們早就結婚了, 另外老公取得綠卡後並未到當初sponsor 的公司上班, 如果我現在想用 follow to join 的方式申請綠卡請問大約需要多少時間才會得到許可 ? 另外我申請follow to join 會不會害他綠卡被取消 ?

1. When you receive the notification, there will be instructions on how to proceed or you can retain an attorney.
2. At this time, there is no U.S. law or official policy that mothers that come to the U.S. to give birth are barred from obtaining green cards in the future.
