TN 簽証

美國與加拿大和墨西哥簽有北美自由貿易協定 (NAFTA), 因此，加拿大公民及墨西哥人只要符合規定，到美國工作比別的國家的人多了一個美國工作簽証的優勢，就是除了考慮一般的 H-1B、 L-1、O-1 等等的工作簽証外，還有 TN Visa 可供選擇。 

TN 簽証的前提還是要有已找到雇主提供了在美國的工作機會，且 TN 簽証一次最多可享有三年的期限，但也可延長，但 TN 簽証並不像 H-1B、 L-1 等簽証可同時有移民及非移民意圖，它只是非移民的簽証類。

持TN Visa 的配偶及未成年小孩可申請 TD 簽証，即使他(她)們並不具備加拿大或墨西哥公民的身份。
