美簽 O-1、 P-1 、H-2B Visa: 傑出優秀

運動員來美國從事相關工作，必須有相關非移民簽証，要不然就是要有綠卡身份. 球員比較常見的非移民簽証是 O1、P1、H2B Visas.

  

O-1 通常是發給有 “異常卓越傑出能力” 的運動員，指的是此人由專家証明，他已在此運動領域裡達到金字塔的少數人頂端. 

P-1 是給不能証明已達到 O-1 “異常卓越傑出能力” 的運動員標凖，但此人也非常優秀，能力也達到國際認可，且來美是來加入有聲譽名望的大聯盟. 但若已與 NHL, NBA, MLB, MLS and NFL 簽約者則不需証明其能力已達到國際認可. 

H-2B 則是給不能符合 O-1、P-1 條件者，譬如來美加入的是較小的聯盟，且此簽証是較短期、季節性的.
