綠卡的配偶 V Visa

繼之前提到的綠卡與美國公民的不同  http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/my-lawllc/article?mid=2 ，現在來談談綠卡的配偶: 

在 2000 年十二月透過 Life Act 這個法案，只要綠卡持有者在 2000 年十二月二十一日以前幫他的配偶遞件者，申請已經超過三年且符合以下提及的條件，就可申請 V 簽証, 此簽証的用意是讓家人團聚: 

1．婚姻關係的証實還未批凖 或

2．婚姻關係的証實已批凖但排期還沒到 或

3．婚姻關係的証實已批凖且排期已到，但綠卡的申請還未批凖

若符合以上的條件，綠卡的配偶可申請 V-1, 未滿21歲且未婚的小孩可申請 V-2 簽証，持 V Visa 可每兩年 Renew，且可申請工作証.
