H-1B 簽証 ( Visa )

2010年度的 H1B 簽証普通配額是65,000 人，但移民局自今年4月1日起至最近公布的資料顯示已收到了45,000件的申請，所以有意申請的人要加快腳步.

  

至於不包括在65,000 配額裡的20,000額度是給有碩士學位以上的人士，但移民局至今已收到了20,000件碩士以上學位的申請，所以有興趣的人可要更積極注意H1B visa的動向了.

持 F1 ( OPT )、L1、 J1身份的人士可轉換為H1B，而且H1-B 可以在你開始工作前六個月遞出申請.
